| The activities
of the AIT can have an important bearing on some of the
resolutions and decisions taken by specialized expert
working groups at the European and world levels which,
in turn, are of consequence to the public at large.
The AIT, in representing the interests
of its member
organizations, adapts most of its press releases
for its member associations to use at a national level
where the reach and interest of the public is nearer
to home.
From time to time, however, the AIT does
provide press releases directly to the media when they
concern corporate elections or activities in which the
AIT is associated or publicily involved. A list of the
